M E I  STUDIO LTD  is a full-service licensed architecture and design firm. We provide architecture, interior design, and graphics services, including building permit and zoning application services.

Founder Mei Shao has over twenty years of professional experience in the industry. 

Prior to founding Mei Studio, she served as an associate director at the renowned firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, focusing on large-scale super high-rise projects in China, including architecture, planning, and interiors. 

She also served as associate vice president at Callison-RTKL, another renowned international architecture design firm, focusing on large-scale commercial mixed use, retail focused development projects, including office, hotel, retail / shopping center and commercial residential, both in the US and abroad.

Before moving to United States, Ms. Mei Shao was an assistant professor at the Regional and City Planning Department of Hangzhou University – currently Zhejiang University, China.

At Mei Studio, we work closely with each client to come up with a creative and innovative solution that is functional, aesthetic, and appealing, yet financially feasible for each unique need.
