To capture the most value from this Broadway location, the owner decided to convert an existing parking structure to condominiums, consisting of one, two, and three bed apartments, as well as studios.
For this conversion, we focused on providing the most functional and efficient interior layouts for the client and for the future occupants. The overall design is simple and elegant, capping each unit with an extra deep balcony, designed to provide more private outdoor space than the average condo—a premium amenity for apartment dwellers, yet affordable for the developer.
At the street level, tastefully updated storefronts lure customers and provide additional revenue for the owner.
