A Community with Diversity - 1701 South Clark

Beginning with only a weathered former police station parking lot, Mei Studio designed a vibrant community for young urban professionals, wrapped around an oasis-like park with gardens, fountain, dog park, benches, and a shaded BBQ/picnic area. 

Each three-story unit also features its own private garden and outdoor space, as well as a two-car garage, large south-facing windows, elegant and practical contemporary design, and ample amenities.
